I have an Access Application that generates a text file to be sent to one of
our suppliers. This file is then encrypted using Winlck and placed in a
directory on the hard disk.
I want to set up a system to:
1) Open Outlook
2) Look up the email address that the file is being sent to (only one
address that can be stored within the Access Program )
3) Attach the Encypted text file just generated (The file name and path can
alse be stored within the Access Data)
4) Transmit the files using Outlook with a suitable subject line. E.g "File
Namexxxxx attached."
Most of the users are not computer literate, and do not know how to search a
directory to attach the file, as well, they may send the wrong (encrypted)
file
I haven't git a clue where to start. I see that I can set up Word or Excel
using the wizards, but not Outlook
