Sending a large .zip file that won't cancel.

I have this big large .zip file (34mb) that is stuck in my outbox. I tried to
delete, put in the delete box and everything else. It won't move or go where
I click it to go somewhere. It just keeps saying that it's sending. That's
it. Seems to me that it's just stuck in the system.
Help!

File - Work Offline
Wait five minutes
Attempt to delete.

If it still fails:
File - Exit
Wait five minutes
Restart Outlook and remain offline
Attempt to delete.
