Sending a link to a public folder document via email

I've got a user that says that before we migrated from Ex2003 to Ex2007, they
were able to right click on a word document post in a public folder and
select an option to "Send link" to the item in an email. I have a test
network setup with my old exchange environment and nowhere do I see this
option available. Does anybody out there know what this might be?

Could it be that the client used a small free app called
"Outlook Linker"? I loved this little guy and used it myself.

It can be found at TeamScope site:

Most likely not as we don't allow third party applications like that to be
installed on our machines...thanks though....it looks like a handy tool!
