sending a mass email with different information for each recipient

Hi -
We would like to pay our vendors electronically and send the remittance
advices to each vendor via email. So, we would export the data from our
accounting software to either Excel or Access which would include the email
address for each vendor, the check date and which invoices are being paid.
Is there a way to pull this information in mass into Outlook and send it at
once to the different vendors but with different information for each vendor?
(We have an exchange server.)

you'll want to use mail merge - look on the Tools menu.
