Sending a page via email

Hello,

I am trying to send pages of my notebook to colleagues via email: send to
email recipient. The page has pen annotations. The page that gets emailed
has the annotations placed at the bottom of the email where they make no
sense. The One Note page that gets attached is fine, but the email itself is
all wrong. Is there a trick to get this to work?
