Sending a picture with Outlook

I am having trouble sending pictures with Outlook 2007. I can paste a
picture into an e-mail and send it but I cannot "right click" a picture I
wish to send. I typically find pictures in articles I wish to send, right
click the picture and the option to send the picture window opens. I choose
"E-mail picture." I click that option and with Outlook 2007, nothing
happens. The e-mail window that used to open with Outlook 2002 does not open
with Outlook 2007. Is there a setting I should make so I can send pictures
or articles via Outlook 2007?

Is outlook set as default mail app in internet options?

This is happening in IE explorer? Do you get any error messages? What acct
is set as the default mail client? Did you try detect and repair in Outlook?
