We are creating an online Faculty of Medicine
application...using the original Access database as the
frontend...and SQL server as the back end.
When an applicant sends an application fee payment to the
office the data entry people want to do have the database
do several things after they click on the Fee Paid
command button...
1. run a query based on fees received on that specific
date (I have that done)
2. next create an email based on that query's results
(with an embedded message stating that the fee was
received)
3. after sending the email have a checkbox on a form
automatically update showing that the email was sent to
those applicants.
Any ideas greatly appreciated....
