Sending a report by e-mail

I am creating a database for our new hires and, I am trying to send a report
I created which allows the new hire to open the hyperlinks to print out the
documents needed for the new hire process. Everytime I create a macro to
send the report by email I get an error message stating "employees can't send
a message for the reason stated in the preceding alert. Although there
wasn't a preceding alert. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message
and, how I can get the report set up to send out be email.
