Sending a single letter from BCM?

Yes; draft the letter as you would normally in Word and save it. Then from
within BCM, click "Actions," then "Create," then "New Linked File For
Account." From there, you can attach the document you've just created/saved
to this specific account or contact.

No, you won't have to copy the address; actually I realized there's an even
easier way to do this: From within Word, click the "Mailings" tab while
you're in your Document; from there, choose "Select Recipients," which will
allow you to choose a contact or account from BCM.
