sending acceptance

I received an invitation, and send my acceptance, but I keep getting a
message that is waiting to send. This also happens when I try to just send a
message.

Hi Tonny,

Have you performed the GrooveClean without option? We can run GrooveClean
without options to resolve this issue. This will clear out your
communications queue and resolve any problems caused by bad data in the
queue.

Note: Deleting the buffer files may also delete some data in transit (for
example, a packet that has not been processed yet). Groove's robust
communication system should recover all missing workspace information,
however, instant messages that have not yet been sent, or have been received,
but not processed, may be lost.

Please completely shut down Groove via the icon in the system tray. Go to
the following folder:

C:\program files\groove networks\groove\bin

Double click on the GrooveClean.exe file. After run the tool, please restart
Groove.

Test this issue agian. Is this issue resolved?

Hi tonnydemt34

yup grooveclean often solves the problem of blocked queues. do try it

but there can be another reason - goove needs to connect to it's
provisioning server to get security keys when it is installed - if it is
unable to access the Internet it cannot get the keys, and will not send
messages or data.

also bear in mind that invites are the one thing not stored on the relays -
so the member who invited you must be online at the same time for you to get
the space.
