Sending all e-mails from Microsoft Office Outlook to Office Mac

I am a new Mac user, and I wanted to know if it was possible to send
all my e-mail messages from my PC using Microsoft Office Outlook to
Office Mac? If so, how? I am trying to switch all of my info over to my
Mac.

Any help would be greatly apreciated!
