Sending an E-mail on button click

Hi, I am creating a request form and I had a quick question. When the user
clicks on the submit button (after filling out the form), an e-mail is sent
to a respondent saying that a form has been filled out, but not only that it
sends an XML document containing the filled out form. I was wondering if
there was a way for InfoPath to just send an e-mail and NOT an XML
attachment. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
