Sending an SMS Text Message or A Page?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to send either an SMS text message to a
cell phone or a page to a Numeric Pager through Access? I'm not able to
install 3rd party applications, so this has to be done based on what I've
got. I'm able to use Autodialer and MSN Messenger, but don't know if there's
a way to page using autodialer or to interface with MSN Messenger through
VBA. Any ideas?

While I have never done this it should be pretty easy as most phone carriers
have a mail box set up for each subscriber. Typically the mail box would be
the subscribers phone number @SomeDomain.Com. I am a Cingular wireless
customer and you could send a short message to my phone by sending an email
to (e-mail address removed) (number is bogus I don't need any test messages
thank you). Other carriers may handle things differently, so you will have
to scope out the requirements for all of the carriers used by your target
audience.

Once you have the carrier info, it should be easy enough to have you app
send an email.

I do a lot of text messaging from Access databases. I use this service:
http://www.clickatell.com/
They provide a number of ways this can be done. I use the FTP option,
which involves generating a text file in the appropriate format from
within the database, and sending this via FTP to the Clickatell server.
