I have a user that was trying to update a reoccurring meeting request on one
of her delegates calendars. What she needed to update was:
The Location Field - added another location
To: field - added another attendee
Body - Entered in more information
When she clicked onto the Send Update she received the following message:
The meeting request body contains embedded attachments that some users may
not be able to receive. To ensure that all attendees get the attachments,
remove them from the body, and then add you attachments by clicking on File
on the Insert Menu. Do you want to send anyway.
She clicked on Yes and the update did in fact go through. The message is
confusing us because she did not have an attachment contained within the
meeting request. So the question here is do we know what this message means
and why she received it? We are using Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003 server as
well.
Thank you in advance for any assistance with this.
