Sending and Receiveing E-Mail

When I send and receive, I keep getting a box that says "A script is attempting to send a message. Some scripts can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer, so it's important to verify that the script was created by a trustworthy source. Do you want to send message? Cancel/Send". I created this script myself and have chosen both send and cancel but this box keeps popping up every time I try to send and receive. How do I get rid of it for good!

You must be running an applescript from a rule or a schedule. Check all you
rules and schedules. Once you find out what script it is, and you realize
you do in fact want it to work, go to Preferences/Security and turn off
"Warn before allowing an external application to access the address book",
plus the similar one about sending mail.

For some reason, my mail has crashed. When I go into Entourage, Office 2008, I cannot receive mail. Schedule "Send& Receive" runs down - quite slowly - Attempts a a log on and then an error description appears.and the countdown from nine minutes out resumes. I am not impressed thus far with these add ons to my MAC.

Sounds like a problem downloading a corrupt message or a server problem.
Again without the error message there isn't much we can offer.
