Sending and Receiving Tasks

Is there a way to Assign Tasks in Entourage, then e-mail the "Task" to
an assignee's e-mail address, the same feature that is in Outlook? Who
is our advocate at Apple or Microsoft to get some of these basic
features added to Entourage that have been found in Outlook for years?
