Sending attached files

[Anne B&B Translations]

In many many cases (different recipients) my Outlook does not deliver the
files attached to my messages. This was occurring mainly with the emails
addresses using Terra as a provider. Now it happens more frequently,
including corporate domain emails.
When attaching Word files, the recipient receives a windat.dat or something
alike.
I would be very greatful if somebody can help me out.

It would sound like you are sending your email in Outlook Rich Text Format.

Try sending the message in either HTML or plain text and you should find
that your recipients receive the attachments.
