Sending Attachments questions

[Jerry]

I did post a inquiry about sending attachments and somebody or somehow its
gone from this site ? I did not have time to check out her answer either. I
this smoeone said its always been like that ? Thats not a good hard answer
since I've been able to send attachments for 7 years. Could you please advise
where or who to contact to check on this problem ?
