Sending attachments

Hi

I used to be able to select a file in explorer and right click on it and
select "Send To" then select "Mail Recipient" and Outlook would open up and
the file would be in there as an attachment.

Now when I select a file and right click on it and select "Send To" and then
select "Mail Recipient" I get a "Internet Connection Wizard" dialog box open
up?

Is this s problem with Outlook or should I be looking elsewhere?

Any help is much appreciated.
