sending bulk emails with pdf attachments

I have a number of bulk emails to send in 15 groups. Each separate group requires a different PDF attachment - how do I do this?

You're looking for something like a mail merge application, which
Entourage supports when composing your message in Word. However, to the
best of my knowledge, custom attachments are not possible with this mail
merge.

You will probably need to compose 15 separate messages, one for each
group, and manually attach the PDF to each.
