My adelphia/road runner account, call it (e-mail address removed) allows me to have
10 separate e-mail addresses, or nine in addition to the main one. I added
a second one both on adelphia and within outlook and just sent an e-mail
from that secondary such address (call it (e-mail address removed)) to the primary
account and another one to an AOL account of mine, both as tests. The AOL
e-mail looks to have come from joe2 just fine, but the e-mail received by
the primary address in Outlook 2003 says its from (e-mail address removed) on
behalf of (e-mail address removed). I also notice that, when I visit sent items,
it also has that on behalf of thing there too, even for the one sent to the
AOL account. I would rather e-mails from joe2 appear to be directly sent
from joe2.
My recollection is that there is a way to send from joe2, rather than just
typing joe2 in the From box within an e-mail, presumably a method that will
not reveal the association with joe1.
Thank you for your help!
