sending e-mail problem - need help

I cannot send e-mail messages by using a Yahoo Pop3 server after I upgrade to
outlook 2003. Every time I tried and there was an error message "reported
error (0x800CCC0F): The connection to the server was interrupted. Does any
one know how to fix this problem? Thanks.

I have the same problem only I am using Earthlink.Pop3. Was able to send
messages ok until the other day when I quit sending just receives
