Sending e-Mail to a group

I want to send the same e-mail to 30 recipients, how can all 30 be inserted
in the CC: field with one click?

I am running OUTLOOK 2002 on a XP platform.

In your contacts, create a DL (distribution List). Click on Contacts and
then select File>New>DL
