Sending E-mail to Address Specified from Dropdown

Hello,

I am trying to setup a drop down list on a form with only 5 names / email
addresses to choose from and when picked, I would like it to send to that
particular person.

Any help would be appreciated..

More specifics needed:

1) Outlook version and build number
2) Do you want to be able to pick one person or have the user pick one
person, then another, adding each to the recipients.
3) Is this a message form that you plan to use to send messages to people
outside your organization?
