Sending e mail to multiple e mail addresses

I am trying to send out a Realtor Luncheon Brochure by using the bcc function, but my Mac will not copy and paste e mail addresses into Entourage, not under To: or CC: or BCC, am I doing something wrong?

The best option is to place the file online and give a link. DropBox offers

Are these addresses in your Address Book? Exactly how are you doing the copy
paste? Can you give us an example of the addresses?

BTW, the addresses should go in the Bcc line and address the message to
yourself.
