Recently when we have been sending e-mails from ACT! 2006 (using Microsoft
Outlook) and after the e-mails are printed, there has been an annoying thing
happening. Somehow - "Hi<Salutation>", is printing ABOVE the typical header
information (From:, Sent:, To:, etc.) on the left side opposite of "Page 1 of
1".
We have viewed all the templates that are used with ACT! and cannot find
this anywhere. We have checked preferences in both Outlook and ACT! and
again, we cannot find it. We have checked the Salutations portion as well and
this text is not visible anywhere. The only way we have found to get rid of
it, is to change e-mails from HTML to plain, which we do not want to do. This
hasn't always happened, it just recently started. Has anyone experienced this
problem? I believe this is an ACT! issue and not Outlook.
