Sending E-mails to Server E-mail Addresses

I can recieve e-mails from other people who have e-mail addresses through our
server but I cannot send e-mails to those same people. I have compared e-mail
settings with their e-mails and mine are the same. I just got a new computer,
my old computer would let me send e-mails to others on the server but now on
the new one I cannot. Help!
