sending email at a certain time

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hello,
I am looking to send emails a certain date or time.
I am aware of the "send later" but I want to send messages automatically at a certain date. i.e B Day cards or else.
