Sending email from Access

How can I use Access as my email database? Right now I
use Outlook Express, and have used Outlook and a prog.
called Mail List King. But, Access is a better database
program and the rest of our data is on there. However, I
have no idea how to email to the groups or individuals I
have in my Access database.

Using a Pentium 3 PC, 800mhz, WinMe, 1 of 5 PC's on a LAN,
Access 2000 / Office 2000 (2 PCs have XP)
