a work around might be if you have Acrobat 8, or 9 Pro for mac.
Save the item as a PDF. the open in Acrobat 8 or 9 and send as an email.
Note Only Mailsmith Eudora (before Mozilla took it over) Entourage, and
Outlook. Apple mail can be used to email the item. They have a
proprietary version of mBox that only allows those email Clients. any
other email clients such a SeaMonkey, or Thunderbird (gecko based) are
not allowed.
If you want the ability to email in Acrobat Reader 7 and up you must
turn own the ability to allow Reader to do so when you save the PDF.
Hi Keith -
The answer to both your questions is "You don't." Not to be curt, but it's
just that simple. Mac Word has never included the email option you're
looking for and a VBA interpreter (required for macros) was excluded in
Office 2008 - although it has been announced that VBA will be restored in
the next major release.
