Sending Email with Outlook 2000

I am using Outlook 2000 and am unable to send messages using my DSL
connection; however, I can send using a regular dial up connection. I am
able to receive messages on both dial up and DSL. THe error message i
receive is that it is unable to connect to the server. Any suggestions?
