Sending email

The other day my version of outlook XP started not
allowing email messages togo out. I didnt worry about it
because I had 2003 on the way, and I just figured that
would take care of it. It hasn't does anyone know how to
help? I can recieve mail just fine

Check the authentication on the server tab of your Outlook account
properties - is it set to authenticate to the outgoing server using the
incoming server's credentials? If not, change it to authenticate.

Most often, this is the cause of this problem.
