sending email

Hi,
I apparently have tried to send something which Outlook doesn't like.
It appears that one of my emails is stuck in a buffer and will not send.
After trying it shows an error message which reads "sending & receiving
reported error and operation timed out for a response from the receiving POP
server".
I am not able to send any other emails. I have went into send and
cleared out all pending emails and it still doesn't help.

Do you have a virus tool installed which could cause this?
In my case Kaspersky Internet Security 6.x was the bad guy.
I tested it without it and it works fine.
After that test I make some rules in Kaspersky to allow OneNote a lot of
things and now I have no pronlems sending mails with OneNote...

Obviously you stranded on a distant shore.
This group is for *OneNote* and not Outlook.

Pls ask again in microsoft.public.outlook
