sending emails from Access 2000

I am having great problems trying to send emails via Access
(through Outllook 2002 & Exchange 2000 )

I am using the Outlook security form, but it still stops the emails.
and makes the procedures unreliable.

Is there a program that I could integrate in my code using
SMTP at btclick.com to send emails automatically.
