Sending emails from Entourage marked as SPAM

Email Client: pop

I'm hoping someone can help me with this (my IT Manager has just had a baby, and because I'm "Online" Content Manager I have been put in charge of IT. You can imagine my utter confusion!)

Recently, any emails being sent from Entourage (externally, internally and even to myself) are being tagged with SPAM header in the subject line. I have checked all the other systems (including Apple Mail) and the problem is purely in Entourage.

We are using POP mail, and our ISP/domain name is fine as the rest of the office is not having the same issue. It is purely isolated in machines using Entourage (and it's only been the past 2 days...I assume it has to do with an Office update?)

Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!

While this may be isolated to Entourage, it is not the cause of the
problem. The SPAM tag is coming from your mail server or your
recipient's mail server. You'll need to work with your ISP to determine
why it's flagging legitimate messages as spam. Poorly configured spam
filters are not uncommon.

Hope this helps!
