Hi,
Here is my basic problem. In my office, we have a generic email account
(ie. (e-mail address removed)) which recieves emails from new potential clients. In
the past, one employee was responsible for tracking this account. Now, there
are 3 employees in charge of sales, and each needs equal access to this
account. Is there a way that I could have this generic account forward emails
to each of their individual accounts? BUT, I don't want each coworker
receiving the same emails. For example, I want incomming email #1 to go to
worker 1, incomming email #2 to go to worker 2, incomming email #3 to go to
worker 3, incomming email #4 to go to worker 1, and so on. Basically, I want
the incomming emails to alternate the users they get sent to so that the
sales representatives are not responding to the same mail/competing for the
same clients.
Not sure how this is possible, but I would appreciate any creative
solutions. Thanks!
