sending emails from outlook

I have 2003 Professional on my desktop and have not problem using outlook for
my email with either AOL or Adelphia.
I have 2003 Student-Teachers on my laptop and can not send or receive email
with either service. The setup goes well for Adelphia and the 'Test Message'
is transmitted but I can not get the email to work. The messages go and stay
in my outbox.

I am having the same problem using Outlook 2002 and Adelphia, have you had
any luck getting this problem solved?
