Sending emails to a group question

I want to send an email to a group of people in my Contacts list. I want the
people in the group email list to see just there name in the TO: box & not
eveyone I'm sending the email too. Thanks

P.S.
Is there anyway to export a Personal Distribution List (PDL)? I need a
PDL off a guys computer in the office. I'm hoping there's an easier way than
having to add everyone to the list one by one. There's about 100 people on
the list. Thanks
