Sending emails using another person's Contacts..

Hello everyone..

We have two people in our PR department that want to
share one address book, however the second person is
unable to select any names from it when sending out
emails. He can view, edit and delete the contacts from
Outlook, but when he goes to send, he is unable to select
that address book from the list of available address
books. I have made him a delegate of the other person's
email, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any
suggestions..?

Thanks in advance.!

i think this is what you are talking about...

1. If the Folder List is not visible, click the View
menu, and then click Folder List.

2. Click the Contact folder you want to display in the
Address Book diaglog box.

3. On the File menu, point to Folder, click Properties
for [Folder name], and then click the Outlook Address Book
Tab.

4. Select the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book
check box.

5. In the Name of the address book box, type the namve
for the Contact folder you want to appear in your Address
Book dialog Box.
