Im trying to send emails via my own iis5 smtp server on windows xp
On 90% of the emais trying to send i get email errrors:-
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail
for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's
as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail
to an Internet mail server. http://www.spamhaus.org maintains lists of
dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network
admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help.
Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for
email delivery information and support
I was told i can tell me iis to send the emails through my gmail
account
is this correct and if so how???
Also if this is incorrect how else may i resolve this problem.
There is no point in contacting my isp, as my isp is sky.com who use
gmail for the emails!!!!

P.S i did try setting it up to gmail by adding my user name and pass
in authentication
by adding (in delivery tab) the port number 465 in outbound security,
the smtp.gmail.com in advanced/smart host.
But when i did this all emails went to the que folder and stayed
there!!!
