I connot send emails to other countries, allthough I can receive some. The message is Relay access denied, error code -17099

The message is Relay access denied, error code -17099

In any case, it looks like a SMTP problem (no Entourage per se).
The error message though seems to indicate that you are trying to send
an e-mail from a distant SMTP server (not the one from your current
ISP). This SMTP server doesn't accept that. The solution would be to use
your local SMTP server (the one from your current ISP).
