Sending Emails

I've developed a system for recruitment. I've to send emails to Candidates
for various purpose e.g., call letters etc. Currently My Access application
uses MS Outlook for sending emails but....
I got a message box describing that "An automated program is trying to send
e-mails on behalf of you. Are sure you want to send this email?" and after
than "YES" button enables after 5 seconds for each mail. This is no problem
for some emails but It is problem for sending more than 500 emails as it took
a lot of time for pressing YES button for each mail.

Is there any way to get rid of that

OR

Is there any way to send emails without using outlook or using smtp server.

Please Help, as i have heavy work load at the moment.

Hi Ali

No you can't get rid of the security warning - it is a main security aspect
of outlook and there is no way round it.

But you "can" bypass outlook and send the m ail direct to your server (you
would need to write some code for this) BUT this will - if you get a virus -
allow your system to send out junk or even forward the virus to everyone in
your address book ???
Or
Or get a programme (try google) that will insert a Click yes as soon as the
question comes up.

But i've no idea about the code, for bypassing outlook. dont worry for the
purpose i've no address book, all the emails have been sent through candidate
table where their email stored. or i request you if you can send me Link for
the auto yes clicking program as i did not find the same.

Thank you
