sending emial to self fail BUT no problem ofsending and receiving to and from others

I just got later version of Entourage and installed on new Macbook.

Here is error when I try to send email to self in by using Entourage:
Error
User not local; please try <forward-path>
Explanation
Mail could not be sent.
Account name: "Steve Liu"

Error: -17099
