Sending Error 0x8004210B

I have Windows Vista and Outlook 2003. I am trying to send a 6MB .wmv file,
but I continue to get the error message: sending error 0x8004210B.

What can I do to send this attachment?

Disable your AV integraton with Outlook. This won't compromise your security,
your real time scanner will catch anything it's been updated for. You may
have to uninstall and reinstall without the email scanning component. If
you're using Norton, you may have to use the tool they provide on their
website.
