sending error message 0x800cccof

I'm receiving the same error message (see below). I haven't changed any of my
settings on my computer, it's security, or on outlook itself. I have
absolutely no clue why it started. I had sent one email off fine and now I
can't seem to send any others. I receive most of the emails sent to the
account, however, this is a business account and it's imperative it works.
Anyone have a fix for this?


Task 'mail.lilyithlee.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

The error 0x800CCC0F is most often caused by incorrect account settings or
by allowing an antivirus program to scan incoming and/or outgoing mail.
