Sending error

After Installing Office XP SP3 on my workstation, I
receive this error message when I send email.
It appears under the Outlook Send/Recieve Progress.
It says:
Task (user name) - Sending'reported error (0x800CCC69):'
The server responded: 550 Permanently rejected'
How must I fix this?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, John asked:
