What file format are you sending your document in?

What file format are you sending your document in?

A common confusion is that MacOS users don't always include the ".xls"
in the file name, and then the Windows idiots fail to understand that
the file can be opened in Excel.

If that's not your case, then I recommend zipping the file before
mailing.
