sending file by email

I want to collect information from a form, by email, everything seems ok, but
I cannot get a file entered by the customer to come attached to the email,,
how do I set it up to have the file as an attachment

Thanks for the links, but I can find nothing which deals specifically with
customer files being emailed to me, I have a field on the form for the
customer to up load his file, but when this is done it does not email it to
me but I get this message (Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this
page: "http://www.ox18.net/advertsubmission.htm") althopugh when this feild
is not on the form, I get the email OK
