Sending Files in Outlook 2003

I have been having problems when trying to send picture files by external
e-mail in Outlook 2003 - it says that my security settings may block it and
they obviously are!! How do I enable the security to send picture files -
please help this is driving me mad!!

What is the extension of the file you're trying to send?

Note that Outlook never prevents you from mailing any type of file. It merely warns you that recipients may not be able to see attachments that could be dangerous.
