Sending form results to an excel sheet using frontpage 2003

Hi,

I followed all the steps on how to send the form results to an excel sheet
using frontpage but after I click the submit button and gives me the
confirmation, I open the excel sheet and there is no data at all.
I don't know what's the problem, please can any one help me?

Did you set the permissions on the web server for the excel file? The file
will need special permissions to be able to write to it. Usually, placing it
in the _private directory can do it, but sometimes it needs an extra push so
you may want to verify that the file can be written to by the anonymous user
account.

I have put the excel file under a folder named "fpdb" as the instruction from
the site http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/308692 not under the
"_private" folder, and I'm using frontpage 2003 not 2000, can this be a
problem?
